Are you one of those men who doesn’t do yoga because it’s for women? Well, that may be a mistake, and in this post we’re going to prove it. John Capouya says just because you aren’t building muscle, doesn’t mean it isn’t good for you. Yoga positions are good for building strength and flexibility, which is just as good for staying in shape. The problem most men have is the breathing part, and of course the meditation involved which is seen as not very masculine.
